洋基今天(4日)苦戰12局以7比5擊敗光芒，第11局光芒Evan Longoria看似正常的二壘安打，卻被洋基總教練Joe Girardi挑戰改判出局。

11局上雙方3比3苦戰，1出局時Longoria敲出左外野平飛安打，衝上二壘時剛好球也回傳，以時間先後來看就是1支二壘安打。

此時洋基總教練Girardi提出挑戰，經由慢動作重播回放，Longoria踩上壘包之後，腳有些微抬起離開壘包，洋基二壘手的手套則是一直放在他身上，改判為Longoria出局。
